Returns ranked coverage-gap recommendations for paid placement on AI engines (ChatGPT Ads today).

## How it ranks

* **Step A** — pull competitor keyword spend from Google Ads (optional input).
* **Step B** — surface non-branded prompts where the brand's share of voice is below threshold.
* **Step C** — double signal: prompts with BOTH competitor spend AND a Citable visibility gap surface first.
* **Step D** — return ad-group seeds with recommended context hints.
