# get_pdp_publish_readiness

> Checks whether this brand can publish PDP changes to live Shopify right now (connection, write scopes, SHOPIFY_LIVE_WRITE_ENABLED).

Checks whether this brand can publish PDP changes to live Shopify right now (connection, write scopes, SHOPIFY\_LIVE\_WRITE\_ENABLED).

Call before publish\_pdp\_changes. Read-only — does not write.

Response: \{ canPublish, reason } where reason is null when ready, else not\_connected | missing\_write\_scope | live\_write\_disabled.
